Group Leader: Margaret Powell

The group meets monthly at a member's house - we have no set venue.

Each month, members write on a pre-arranged title. It's up to each individual to decide how to do this; story, poem, essay etc. Usually stories are the favourite choice. At the following meeting the stories are read aloud by the authors and then it's time for a cup of tea and a chat.

These are happy, interesting afternoons. We have to limit our membership to six, which we currently have, but if you are interested in creative writing, please contact the Groups Co-ordinator who will pass your name onto us in a waiting list. If there are enough people in the waiting list, the u3a will be happy to sort out an additional group if someone is willing to lead it.
